- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once upon the successful return of the product as its original form refund will be processed within 14 working days.
- Skanda Plastics acts as a reseller and is not accountable for any manufacturing defects in the products. However, should there be any manufacturing or quality defects, we will facilitate product replacements upon approval from the manufacturer. It’s important to note that Skanda Plastics bears no responsibility for damages or legal issues associated with the products.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (any special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for damaged items. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancelation: Customer can cancel their orders within 24 hours of their order within processed time, once order is processed and dispatched refund procedures will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, change of mind or gift cards.
